Nationals
April 17-19, 2026
BUMTO competed at the 41st National Championship tournament for the 9th year in a row. This year BUMTO was able to send not one, but two teams for the first time in a decade. BU A placed second in their division, breaking BUMTO's records for highest nat's placement.
ORCS
March 14-15, 2026
After BU A and BU B earned a bid out of Regionals, both BUMTO teams competed in the Opening Round Championship Series. The competition was stiff, but our Mock Trial terriers were able to secure two bids to Nationals.
Providence Regionals
February 21-28, 2026
BU B and BU C both competed at the Providence Regionals. Both teams put up a great fight, with BU C securing a bid to New Rochelle ORCS.
TOURNAMENTS
At the 41th annual National Championship Tournament (NCT) in Washington DC, Boston University Mock Trial placed 2nd in the nation. The 2026 NCT case was a criminal case, and our attorneys and witnesses did an excellent job competing. This outstanding placement earned BUMTO a spot among the top teams in the circuit, sending them from #8 in the Nation to #4.
